Today is Amazon’s Prime “Big Day Deals” for 2025, and the reality is, there are only a few deals worth considering. This list will focus on the best Prime Big Day Deals of 2025 for home lab equipment, meaning NAS devices, networking (routers & switches), hard drives, Mini PCs, and more.

Best Prime Big Day Deals of 2025: NAS, Networking, Hard Drives, & More
18TB / 14TB Western Digital Elements
This is my favorite deal on the list. There are three that Western Digital Elements external hard drives that are currently on sale, 22TB, 18TB, and 14TB. This can be used as a local backup for a NAS device, or even as a regular, internal SATA drive, as it can be removed from the case (shucked).
These are white-label, Western Digital Red NAS drives, meaning that they physically have a white label but are CMR NAS hard drives. From a price-to-terabyte ratio, it’s hard to get better than this, and the 14TB version is the best overall deal on this list.

NAS Hard Drive Deals: Seagate & Western Digital
There are a few NAS hard drives on sale and depending on the size you’re looking for, you should go with one of these. The price-to-terabyte perspective is slightly higher or lower depending on the size, so I’ll add it right next to the drive.
Seagate IronWolf Pro
These are the best drives on the list, as they come with a higher workload and longer warranty (5 years).
Western Digital NAS Drives
Western Digital drives are on sale as well, though I’d spring for the IronWolf Pro drives above for the longer warranty and higher workload (for the 12TB version).
20TB ($17.49/TB) – this is a “Pro” drive (higher workload, longer warranty)
Comet KVM
Not the best deal, but not the worst deal either. If you run any servers or NAS devices headless (and they have an HDMI port), you can buy one of these to manage them remotely through a web browser.

UGREEN NASync DXP4800 / DXP 6800 Plus / DXP8800 Plus
At this point, it’s hard for me to recommend any brand other than UGREEN for two main reasons:
- Their first-party OS (UGOS) is good (not great), so you can actually use it if you’d like.
- They allow third-party NAS operating systems to be installed (TrueNAS / Unraid).
For the price, especially today, it’s hard to get better hardware. Again, the first-party operating system is good and is functional, meaning that it’s good enough that I’d recommend that you can use it.
It’s not as feature-filled as something like Synology DSM, but it’s good. All of them are on sale:

APC 850VA UPS
If you own a NAS device or just need a UPS, this isn’t the worst deal, but it’s not the best deal either. It’s an 850VA, meaning that it will run a decent amount of equipment on it, and it comes with a USB cable to actually monitor the UPS.
This is the most important part of a UPS, as it allows you to monitor when the UPS is on battery power and safely shut down the devices connected to it. If you don’t have a UPS, you probably should, and this isn’t the worst price.

GMKTec NucBox G3 Plus
The GMKTec NucBox G3 Plus is a great little Mini PC. Since it features an N150 processor, you can utilize this for hardware transcoding, making it a great complement to a NAS device. I’ve used the N100 version of this device as a Mini PC Home Server, and even used three of them to build a Proxmox Cluster.
It can be upgraded from an SSD/RAM perspective, and for the price, it’s hard to beat.

Beelink SER5
If you need something with better hardware than the G3 Plus, the Beelink SER5 is it. It’s almost 25% off, is a trusted brand in the Mini PC space, and is much, much more performant than the G3 Plus.

This is a Mini PC that I just got in for testing, but it comes with an N150 Processor, 12GB of DDR5 Memory, and room for four NVMe SSD’s. This will mainly be used as a NAS device with TrueNAS or Unraid, but since it’s a Mini PC, you can really use it for whatever you’d like.

GL.iNet Travel Router
This device runs OpenWRT, which basically allows you to have a fully functional travel router, meaning it run can VPNs, act as its own WiFi SSID, and just functions like a router, on the go.
This is a great option for people who travel a lot, but if you’re not someone who travels a lot, skip over this. The value just isn’t there. With that said, I am currently using this as my travel router and have been very happy with it.

Final Thoughts on Amazon Prime Big Day Deals of 2025
These are some of the best Prime Big Day Deals of 2025 for NAS, hard drives, Mini PCs, and more. Overall, you might want to wait for black Friday for specific things, but for some of these deals (especially the Western Digital Elements 14TB external hard drive), now is the time to buy.
