After the device is plugged into an outlet, then the ethernet cables are plugged in (Switch > PoE Injector > PoE Device), the PoE device will receive power.
This means that you can take any switch that you currently own and power a PoE device. Just keep in mind that you must have power!

The TRENDnet TPE-119GI is a perfect device for situations where you need a lot of total power. This device is a 1GbE device that supports PoE/PoE+/PoE++, with a total power delivery of 95W (PoE++) at 100M (328 ft.).
If the device you’re trying to power needs close to 95W, this is a great device. However, most devices will require significantly less, meaning you can go with one of the other options above.
iCreatin 2-Port PoE+ Injector
The iCreatin PoE+ injector is a 2-port PoE+ injector that supports up to 35W of total power. It’s not particularly unique and is a generic PoE injector that can be used up to 100M (328 ft.). However, it does have the benefit of having two PoE injector ports in one device, so if you need to power two PoE devices and will be able to fit it within 35W of total wattage, this is a great device.
The Texas WT-AT-4 is a device that will give you four PoE ports in an individual PoE injector. This device has a total power delivery of 60W, though it’s limited to 15W per port.
If you already have a Switch that’s fulfilling your requirements, but you’re looking to add PoE devices to it, this is a great option. With that said, depending on requirements, it might make sense to purchase a dedicated PoE switch.
